Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, I come to you to consecrate myself and my entire family to your Two Hearts. I desire to renew the vows of my baptism and place each member of my family through an act of faith, hope, and love into loving union with the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. I dedicate myself and each member of my family to the Guardian Angels God has given each one of us. O Holy Guardian Angels, enlighten, guide, and protect each one so as to lead us safely home to heaven.
At Fátima, dear Mother of God, you appeared with St. Joseph and the Child Jesus blessing the world. O Holy Family, bestow blessings upon me and my entire family so that we may live the Christ-life. I desire that each member of my family adore always the Most Blessed Trinity and love our God in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
Grant peace to each member of my family. Keep each one in the grace of Jesus Christ. Never permit any of my family to stray from the true faith. For any member who has strayed, I beseech you to bind up the wounds, lift up the fallen, and keep each of our loved ones in grace. Bid them come back to their Father’s true home. Amen.

Lord Jesus, Your hidden years with Your Blessed Mother and St. Joseph at Nazareth showed us the beauty of the community of life and love that the family is meant to be. You taught us the value of selfless love, humble obedience, and silent sacrifice. You showed us how to sanctify the daily give-and-take of family life. Today, we, the members of the _________ family, publicly acknowledge You as the true Head of our family and the King of our home. We pledge ourselves to model our family after the Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph of Nazareth.
We consecrate to You, Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Your Mother, in union with St. Joseph, our work, our play, our sorrows, and our joys, along with our interior and exterior possessions, including the value of our good actions—past, present, and future. This is the covenant we make with You, Lord. In return, Lord Jesus, we ask You to bless and protect us, keeping us ever faithful to this covenant, and helping us to sanctify our lives by faithfully fulfilling the responsibility of each present moment only for Your glory.

Head of Household:
Oh, Immaculate Heart of Mary, sure refuge of sinners and firm anchor of salvation, we desire to consecrate to you today our family. In these times of great spiritual battle, of struggle between light and darkness, between truth and deceit, between authentic family values and destructive permissiveness, we ask you to receive us into your Heart, to protect us under your mantle, to defend us in your maternal arms, and to guide us safely to the Heart of your Son, Jesus.
Mother Most Holy, by consecrating ourselves to you, our family recognizes you as our Mother and Teacher. We desire to open our hearts to you, so as to receive in an abundant way, the fruit of this consecration which is full communion with the Heart of Christ.
Oh Mother, by this consecration, our family receives you into our home, into our hearts, and into our family. We invite you to participate fully in our lives, in our joys, and in our struggles. We confide ourselves to your maternal protection, to your intercession, and to your guidance, so that you may be the Star which leads us on the sure and perfect way to the Heart of Christ. With confidence in your promise that in the end, your Immaculate Heart will triumph, this family consecrates itself to your Heart as the sure means to be consecrated to the Heart of Christ.
All Family Members:
You who are the Mother of Christ, and who know perfectly the movements of His Heart, of His mind, and of His character, we ask you to mold us, to form us, and to teach us to be like Him, so that we may be living images of Christ in our family, in the Church, and in the world.
You who are Virgin and Mother, pour over this family a spirit of purity of heart, of mind, and of body. May we all live the virtue of chastity according to our state in life, and may modesty and virtue prevent all impurity, disrespect, and manipulation of our bodies to enter our home.
You who are our Spiritual Mother, help us to grow in the life of grace, to live fully immersed in the divine life which we received at our Baptism. Lead us by the hand on the way of holiness, and do not permit us to fall into mortal sin or to waste the graces won for us by Christ through the sacrifice of the Cross.
You who are the Teacher of souls, teach us to be docile like you, to receive with obedience and gratitude all the Truth which your Son teaches us through the Church and through the Magisterium.
You who are the Mediatrix of all graces, be the unfailing channel through which we receive the graces of conversion, of light, of discernment, of fidelity, of wisdom, of holiness, and of union which come from the Heart of Christ.
You who are the Intercessor before your Son, keep your merciful eyes always upon the members of this family, and even though we do not perceive our own needs, please draw close to your Son, imploring Him, as at Cana, for the miracle of the wine which we lack.
You who are particularly associated with the Redemptive Sacrifice of Christ, guard this family in fidelity before the Cross. In our moments of suffering, may we not seek our own good, but rather to accompany the one who suffers. In the moments of dryness and desolation, may we remain faithful to our commitment before God, and may we seek to live our sacrifices and struggles in union with your Crucified Son.
Head of Household:
By the union of the Immaculate Heart of Mary with the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we ask that our family, which today has been consecrated to your Two Hearts, may always live in love, peace, generosity, fidelity, joy, and unity. May our family be a domestic sanctuary where its members pray together and communicate with one another in joy and enthusiasm; where the husband and wife love and respect each other; where the children and youth love, respect, and obey their parents; where the parents assume with responsibility the mission to love, form, guide, and teach their children so that they may grow in grace before God and before men; where the elders are looked upon with reverence and respect. We ask that in virtue of this consecration, our family may be protected from all evil. May your Immaculate Heart reign in our home so that Jesus Christ may be loved, heard, consoled, and obeyed in our family. Amen.
